Part of the problem: You have induced biliary colic by CCK .it mean part of your problem could be the GB but removing it will not solve all your digestive dilemma .you have IBS ,watch what you eat ,manage your stress ,stay away from food that your body telling you that do not like ,regulate your bowels ,exercise ,eat multiple small meals, no red meat, no fry or greasy food, no spicy food.hydrate well, relax and sleep
