Bad gallbladder: A 7% ejection fraction on a hida scan is abnormal and is an indication to have your gallbladder removed without any further testing, especially if the injection of cck recreated your pain. The condition is called biliary dyskinesia and an ultrasound is usually normal.

Biliary dyskinesia?\: This seems a little backward. I usually only obtain a hida/cck if the ultrasound had been negative. Have u had an us in the past? Either way it sounds like you would benefit from gallbladder removal. The decreased ejection fraction may indicate that inflamtion, scarring (or a stone/sludge) is preventing your gb from emptyimg. This can cause your pain and nausea. Us shows stones, inflamation.

Surgery: You may need surgery lannie. Usually a hida is ordered after an ultrasound or ct scan. In the end, if you have symptoms and have an abnormal hida, surgery is indicated.
