Insufficient: You must keep them scrupulously clean . Waterpik at least at night. Use Oral B electric brush with special brush head for getting around braces. Rinse with fluoride rinse at night, and floss with floss threader. Otherwise, you risk serious decay and very costly restorative treatment after braces. Take good care of them . Good Luck.
