Agree with Dr. Ferguson. For the sake of your dental and oral health, do brush and floss your teeth before going to bed. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV, Flu and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!

If you brush before breakfast you remove the bacteria that turns your breakfast into harmful acids. Rinsing w water after bkfast then washes acids away. Doe nott make a lot of difference before or after? Not really. Important that u brush 2 full minutes by the clock each time you Bruch. But brushing only 65% effective. You must floss or WaterPik daily to raise your grade from 65%n to 100%.
