Brushing 2 full minutes by the clock 2x/day will remove about 65% of harmful bacteria from your teeth. Use a timer. The other 35%, the bacteria between your teeth that a toothbrush can't reach, requires floss or WaterPik (I favor the latter as you are wired). Do not go to bed without thoroughly cleaning your teeth or bacteria turn food debris into harmful acid. Ask Orthodontist for instructions.
