Rash: It can be from multiple causes, if you apply deodorant or perfume on the area, it can be from contact allergy, it can also be from jewelry contact or from a fungal infection. It is best that you consult your doctor about it for a diagnosis and treatment.

Rash: This can't be diagnosed with the information that is available. A history, physical examination & other studies may be needed to determine cause/causes. Once accurately assessed a treatment plan can be developed.
