i have a red rash on my left side that itches tried vassilene. i also have a skin condition like eczema but starts with a k. what could it be??

Keratosis pilaris: there is really no way to tell you exactly what you have, without seeing it. So you should make an appointment with the dermatologist to see if you have some type of eczema which can be treated nicely. One condition, call keratosis pilaris, can be treated in some cases.
