A member asked:

As a permanent eczema sufferer, i've long struggled to find a way to ease the itching despite treatments for dry skin. even if i constantly moisturise, there is still no way to know when and why an itch or rash will emerge. have you any suggestions?

With Eczema: Moisturizers, drinking plenty of water. Avoiding long showers, using Luke warm water and prescription topicals will be helpful

Eczema may be: related to food sensitivity or allergy. Please see your dermatologist. A good food sensitivity panel is offered by Great Plains Laboratory in KS, USA. The dried blood spot form can be done through the mail. Our skin is a detox organ. Peace and good health. Avoid skin creams containing alcohol, which is drying.
