A quarter size rash appeared on my neck. initially it was scaly and itchy. a few days later the itching stopped and it now looks like a hickey. it has been two weeks and its still here. ive never had eczema or anything similar?

Shingles?: Description could be a number of things but shingles is a main candidate. Consider sending pics to your doctor or to Dermatologyoncall and get recommendations. May need Acyclovir oral or topical and or Domeboro solution to help with itching.
