Trtd for everything from scabies-eczema. rash comes & goes, but creeping&itching remain. now face, neck, scalp itch too. derm dismissive. ideas?

See another derm: You need a diagnosis. See another dermatologist and talk to him/her about coming in for an emergency appointment when the rash returns. Perhaps that rash needs a biopsy if the diagnosis is not clear from the physical examination.
