Sleep schedule: Ten pm is a good time if that fits your schedule. Try to get 8-10 hours sleep per night.

The best option for an adult is to sleep at least 7 hours and probably not more than 8 hours on a regular basis. Choose a wake up time that works for your schedule most days and then count backwards at least 7-8 hours and that is your optimal bedtime.
