Depends: On your body's natural preference. Many prefer to exercise in am when they have most energy to start day. I personally prefer to exercise after work as I am not a "morning person" and enjoy running to decopress after a full day. Howver, it is not recommended to exercise before bed so your sleep will not be delayed or interrupted.

Exercise: I find the routine of exercising first thing in the morning, shower, breakfast then set off to work, as being the best routine daily.
