As much as you can!: With exercise to increase lean mass (muscle), and cutting carbs, you can achieve your goal! at your age i could do it without the diet. Now, i'm 13.5% -the best i can do! but increasing muscle mass is essential. You've set an extreme goal, but it can be achieved!
