Mind change: "body type" / "endomorph" talk is mostly subscience. You'll get yourself lean when, and only when, you lose your taste for high-calorie, unnutritious food. Your athletic peers will reinforce this. It's great that you're doing a lot of cardio, but save the big empty-calorie tickets for when you're out with friends and even then, impress them by eating a salad. Ask your physician for guidance.
