Currently taking metoprolol 25mg for high hr. i monitor my bp religiously. a week ago i took 3 measurements over about 10 min and the monitor showed irregular heart beat symbol 3 times. then happened once a week later. 39yr male is this normal?

I would neglect those findings if you are asymptomatic and you had had a thorough cardiac evaluation for tachycardia before metoprolol was preceribed. Take care.
