T wave abnormality showed on three different ekgs. ive been having chest pain, palpitations, and light headed. im currently taking metoprolol to help control heart rate. im a 35 yr old female. should i be concerned?

You did give more info after the first question. If you are not under the care of a cardiologist, you should. If you have followed with a cardiologist, please discuss this question with him in the next visit.
