My periods are heavy with blood clots and my ferritine is 4 and iron 26 and folic acid 13, hemoglobin 10, am i in danger? does my blood replenish every month? i'm taking 330 mg ferrum fumarate but i feel very ill, are pills enough or need fusions?

You have moderate anemia with severe iron deficiency. You do not need intravenous iron, oral supplement is enough but initially you should take 2 tablets of ferrous fumarate a day for a couple months then one a day until heavy bleeding is under control. Vitamin C along with iron may improve iron absorption. It's important to see a GYN doctor for taking care the cause of heavy period. Good luck.
