I got prescribed iron tablets, ferrous fumarate 330 mg, folic acid b12 and vitamin c. my iron level is 26, ferritin 4.4. blood in hemolysis. meantime i can barely walk and my glucose drop fast. will the iron tablets help? are they safe?

You have severe iron deficiency so ferrous fumarate should help and it's safe to use. In the first couple months you need at least 2-3 tablets of that iron pill a day. I do not understand what you mean by "blood in hemolysis". In hemotytic anemia, ferritin is rarely that low.
