I had a virus in march and have had issues with elevated liver enzymes since. in march they were alt 60 in may aly 80 and july alt 100. is this a concern for autoimmune hepatitis?

ALT has slowly gone up so the hepatitis, if present, is likely progressive so more specific work-up needs to be done. You need serology tests done and a baseline liver ultrasound. If you are taking any new medication(s) in the last 3 months, drug induced hepatitis should be considered. You should be evaluated by a GI doctor and a hepatologist is even better. Good luck.
