I had a virus in march and had slightly elevated liver enzymes. now in july my alt has increased to 100. the dr doesnt seemed that concerned but i am. how long after a virus can it take for them to come back down? also can the elevate while healing?

I don't consider that level much of an elevation. I would re-test in 3 months and barring a new flu or other systemic virus it should drift down into a lower zone.
