Alt 114 ast 85 keep fluctuating diagnosed with mild fatty liver in july by ct. jan had us it showed nothing why would enzymes b elevated.no hepatitis.

See hepatologist: Ultrasound is not a sensitive measure of fatty changes in the liver. The gold standard is liver biopsy, but ct and MRI can be used to quantify fat in the liver. Given that you have elevated cholesterol, you may need to triglycerides also. Diet and weight loss may be helpful, but medications may also be necessary. See a liver doctor, hepatologist, for further instruction.
