I have elevated liver enzymes since march from possible virus. in may my alt was 100 with range 5-41. a day ago my alt was 74 range 13-61. how do i compare my results when the two lab ranges are so different?

Comparison is not that important. What stands out is that the enzymes are elevated and this needs further evaluation if it stays elevated for more than 6 months. May represent fatty liver or viral hepatitis and further studies by a hepatologist including fibroscan and liver biopsy if the tests for hepatitis are negative.
