Very good afternoon doctors. is it ok or appropriate to take flomax or a similar medication for frequent urination at night if you are taking losartan hctz which has a diuretic? does taking the flomax defeat or undo taking the hctz diuretic?

Good afternoon If taken in the morning Losartan HCTZ s effect will be mostly gone. Take your Flomax at night. There are many reasons for frequency at night. It is best to see a urologist to confirm it is from an enlarged prostate for which Flomax is used, and not from another reason. Wish you well
