Hello, i have had both my legs with sprained ankle now have two random bumps that appeared on my lower back, is that related to my sprain ankles? feel when i press down on them they are tender & kind of moveable. still feel like my side of legs hurt?

Tender moveable bumps are worth being checked in person by a Dr. There may be an alternative cause such as infection, muscle spasm or other. A full physical exam and potentially lab studies can determine the next course of treatment.
