I sprained my right ankle while jumping during working out. i was wearing sneakers. applied ice, still a bit sore, how to treat it now?

Continue to ice: Ankle sprains take time to heal. So in the meantime, continue to ice, wrap it in an ace bandage and keep it elevated throughout the day to the extent possible. Take an over the counter inflammatory if needed once or twice a day. If possible see a Physcial therapist who can assist with stretching and range of motion exercises to restore full function as quickly as possible. Keep me posted.
