As per previous replies, there is little or no HIV risk from having a razor cut on the scrotum. Your symptoms do not sound typical for HIV; more likely you just have a cold, or maybe covid. Nasal discharge is not a symptom of HIV, and neither is enlargement of just one lymph node. But since you're worried, have an HIV test. A negative result will prove 100% your symptoms are not from HIV.
