Any of several concerns - HIV, syphilis, CMV, EBV. Therapy and prognosis differ depending on which (if any). Need to be seen at STD clinic, or by an Inf Did doctor, get appropriately diagnosed and treated

There's probably no way to know for sure if this is the same infection, or a second one, but most colds last 7-10 days, so most likely it's just one non-COVID infection.
