A member asked:

Can persistent fever, dry cough, sore throat, mucus in the throat, no nose stuffing + swollen lymph gland on right side of neck be an hiv infection?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Very unlikely: It is much more likely to be a common viral infection or Strep. Tobacco use will make the problem worse and prolong the issue.
