Possible, unlikely: HIV rarely would cause only these symptoms. If you also have fever, weight loss, dry skin, or others, HIV could be responsible. But your symptoms really don't matter: if you have HIV, follow your doctor's advice. If not but have been at risk (which you probably have been, otherwise you wouldn't ask in the first place), get tested. You cannot rely on symptoms to know if you have HIV.
