What is the best way to gain healthy weight? my doctor recommended 25 pounds by a ridiculous time, but gave me no health plan or foods i should try and eat. ive been eating more protein intake and also raising my daily calorie intake?

Increasing protein, and healthy fats can help. Fats are more calorie dense, but you should aim for healthy options such as nuts, flax seeds (that have omega 3), olive oil, coconut oil, and making sure you are combining nutrients each time you eat. Combine a fat, protein, and a carbohydrate to help keep your blood sugar stable.
