Eating: The guidelines haven't changed that much. Basically, you want to eat mostly lean protein, fruit, vegetables, and try not to eat much carbohydrates. If you limit yourself to 1000-1200 calories per day, and do cardiovascular exercise 3-4 times a week, you should lose excess weight.
