A member asked:

If resting hr appears normal, is excessively high exercising heart rate (when compared with previous stats) a possible sign of myocarditis in an otherwise fit individual who had covid within the past year? or would resting hr be high, too?

The heart rate, whether during exercise or at rest, is not a reliable way to indicate whether someone has myocarditis. What you are describing does not sound worrisome to me, but if you are concerned about a potential change from your previous status, you should see your doctor for an evaluation. Good luck.
