I heard that after covid you should not exercise for up to a month but i have heart palpitations due to anxiety can this leqd to myocarditis as i just recovered from covid?

COVID can but anxiety does not cause myocarditis. I would discuss with Dr in Morocco who knows about local COVID in women like you. ECG would be useful when you are having palpations.

Have your palpitations been documented by Holter ? Some have the sensation of palpitations not found on Holter. If you indeed do get palpitations recent infection and anxiety may have an impact .
