Please help, i got my first covid vaccine and im worried i have myocarditis. I have had palpitations on and off for three days. went to doc and did an ekg. Can an ekg detect myocarditis? It came back normal no abnormal heart rhythms?

A month after having covid, I still have persistent chest pain with, dizziness, and heart pounding. Normal chest x-ray and EGD. Never had prior to covid. Is this common after covid to not see why? I'm not crazy. Any ideas on possible causes?
