All vaccines can cause varying symptoms. yours seem to be consistent with those. But if they do not normalize in a day or two see your MD

Would suggest seeking medical attention as other conditions, such as a throat infection for example among many others cannot be ruled out just because you had the vaccine.

Side effects from the vaccine generally resolve after a week. If your rapid heart rate and hot feelings persist longer than that a medical investigation including EKG & thyroid testing is warranted.

Those are common symptoms within the first three days after COVID-19 vaccination. I would suggest simple treatments like rest, ice, fluid/electrolyte hydration, acetaminophen, and/or ibuprofen until day 4 after unless it gets worse. If worse or still there after day 4, see your physicians.
