How does covid-19 affect your vital signs? is there a significant change in bp, hr, and sp02? ive had body aches only for the past 5 days. sp02 is at my baseline 96-98, bp 117/83, resting heart rate is 62. temp is 97.9. would it be good sign no covi?

Vitals are very good: If you came to our office and we screened you with those data for determining the likelihood of my counseling you to be further evaluated for COVID19 then, I would not worry about you having the infection. Your pOx is just fine as are all the rest of your vital signs. Body aches are very nonspecific and so I discount them as clinically insignificant so far as diagnosing COVID19 is concerned.

If known exposure: COVID infection cannot be ruled out based on symptoms and random temperature check. Many patients remain asymptomatic or have a subclinical short course of infection. If you have been exposed would suggest testing, otherwise you will need to quarantine for 10-14 days.
