Ecg & heart ultrasound normal, but still having palpitations, weakness & lightheaded 6 months after covid infection, slightly getting better but still cannot walk, exercise, etc. my doctor says it is nothing, just in my head. really no myocarditis?

Myocarditis would show up on the heart ultrasound. Many people have symptoms after a Covid infection that usually do slowly get better over time. If it is not getting better, perhaps see a lung doctor if you have already seen a heart doctor to try to diagnose what is wrong so it can be treated. Good luck to you!
