First off, you get Covid myocarditis from getting the virus and not the vaccine. Diagnostic evaluation for COVID-19–related myocarditis. The American Heart Association (AHA) recommends further testing for patients having signs consistent with myocarditis with 1 or more cardiac imaging methods such as echocardiogram or cardiovascular magnetic resonance (CMR).

Myocarditis has been reported on very rare occasions associated with J & J Vaccine, and even these cases have been mainly mild and brief. Your EKG is reassuring. Additional testing could be requested but don't know why? Keep in touch with your doctor if you continue to experience symptoms, and decide if additional testing is worthwhile.
