Good day. yesterday, i woke up completely washed out. i felt foggy and rested. when i did get up, my heart rate was higher than normal. i felt like i was coming down with something but when i woke this morning i was fine. should i covid quarantine?

COVID 19 testing: Suspicion for COVID 19 is higher if you have at least 2 of these symptoms: temp of at least 99.6 F (37.5 C), Cough, Shortness of breath, Chills, Shivering, Muscle pain, Headache, Sore throat or new loss of taste or smell.
