17m: vericocele in testicle (low grade). penis has hardened short vein horizontally in the middle. when getting erect the bottom half where the vein is stays kinda flacid and the top half of is hard - eventually gets hard. why and whats the vein?

Those findings are abnormal and they are likely not related to the low grade varicocele. If possible, you should see a urologist for advice. Good luck and take care!

The varicocele is not related to what you describe on the penis. It is difficult to give you an accurate diagnosis from your description. Pl see a Urologist and get examined. Good luck
