Saw the urologist finally. during exam he said i had a double varicocele which is causing the testicular atrophy. it could also be causing the low libido and ed. would surgical correction of the varicose veins in the testicle reverse the atrophy ?

Bilateral varicoceles and testicular atrophy leading to low libido at your age is very rare. You need an ultrasound and serum testosterone. Also suggest get a second opinion.
