Very good afternoon doctors. i have a dentist question. my dentist gave me sensodyne toothpaste to use for 2 weeks. i like the taste---can i use it as my regular toothpaste, or is it better to only use it on an as needed basis for sensitivity issues?

You can use it as your regular toothpaste. No harm, no foul.

If and when the sensitivity subsides, you can go back and use your previous brand of toothpaste. Since you like the taste, you can continue the Sensodyne, as long as you brush after every meal.

Sensodyne is good to use regularly since it has flouride which fights tooth decay and/or sensitivity.
