ADA Seal: Any toothpaste that carries the ADA seal of acceptance would be considered effective in keeping your teeth healthy. If you have such allergies to ingredients, you can supplement your oral hygiene routine with a fluoride rinse.

Ingredients matter: Fluoride is currently the only industry accepted anticavity agent in toothpaste. That being said, if you have a high risk for cavities then fluoride is essential in a toothpaste. If you are sensitive to SLS there is another option in toothpastes for you. You can purchase an SLS free fluoride toothpaste with minerals online from a company called Carifree. Google it for more info.
