Long term steroid use must be carefully monitored by your physician. Fluoride mouth wash may help desensitize teeth, as well as desensitizing toothpastes. Neither steroids or blood pressure meds are implicated in your tooth sensitivity. Examination by a Periodontist may be in order to evaluate for root exposure. Evaluation by Oral Medicine Specialist may also provide knowledge. Ask Dental Society
