Toothpaste: There are many specifically formulated toothpastes available today that were not available "many years ago." Make sure T'paste has Amer Dent Seal on the box that assures that the product has been tested for safeness and effectiveness. As there are so many different formulations ask your current dentist which would be best formulation for you. Use pea sized portion. Make sure to floss.
