So im on day 10/11 of my covid infection. ive got a cough thats made my muscle hurt over the last few days and nasal congestion. i lost my voice yesterday and its back now. im still testing positive and everyone else isnt. am i still contagious?

The testing looks for the RNA protein of the virus, but this can be present after the virus is dead. Most data supports a 5-10 day isolation as adequate at present. Early in the pandemic when we were not a knowledgeable about the virus, many entities kept people in isolation until they tested negative. Today the value of this is in question. I live life and do as you decide.
