I have a cough with phelm ,back ache,urine strong smell and yeast infe tion. i am getting over covid. i am fever free. no sense of taste or smell. congestion in nose. think sinus infection. i am allergic to penicellin?

Symptoms : There are several symptoms to tackle here. Most sinus infections are viral not needing antibiotics, some do need antibiotics. We dont treat strong-smelling urine alone. Yeast infection needs to be evaluated with more details. See a doctor, start with telemedicine

COVID 19: I agree with Dr. Romano that there are a constellation of systems listed. A secondary bacterial infection is possible. We can't really sort this out with the available information. A medical evaluation may help to untangle this array of symptoms.
