See your doctor and have a full evaluation. You may now have sinusitis, perhaps bacterial. COVID-19 testing is most accurate via PCR and if not done, should be added. An ENT doctor may be needed, but first start with the basics.

The CDC reports that the most accurate days for COVID testing are 5-7 days after exposure. You could have been falsely negative on day 3 and should be retested.
