I have covid and still have cold symptoms, nasal congestion turned now into constant runny nose, sneezing, dry cough, feeling of chest congestion and very bad fatigue 16 days after initial symptoms started. ami still contagious?

Unlikely: "For patients with mild to moderate COVID-19, replication-competent virus has not been recovered after 10 days following symptom onset. : REF https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/hcp/duration-isolation.html. However, people who are immunocompromised & severely ill man require longer isolation.
