Yes, these symptoms can be a sign of any of those 3 types of infection, and a stomachache can go along with any of those also. If your symptoms are persistent, a test for the flu and Covid could be beneficial. You should call your primary care doctor and discuss it. Good luck.

Your condition could be related to any or all of these symptoms. Get a PCR test immediately to see if you have COVID. If not positive, than see a ENT specialist. Don't try to treat yourself.
